Our tasked was to launch Singapore's first digital bank and win over customers, despite facing fierce competition from well-established local players and numerous smaller international banks.
To further amplify our reach, we leveraged digital and performance media alongside TV and OOH advertising. This comprehensive approach allowed us to effectively engage with everyday Singaporeans and promote Trust's reliability and trustworthiness.
Additionally, our unlimited referral program incentivised people to share and sign up, benefiting both the referrers and the referees.

ATL campaign – Painted the town Trust Blue
Our visuals intentionally differed from traditional polished banking ads by featuring everyday Singaporeans and prominently using brand colours to establish Trust’s unique identity – We painted the town Trust Blue!
These ads highlighted the benefits (customer value proposition) and features of signing up, and also assured potential customers that Trust was a legitimate option.
